Before installation

 Before installing the appliance,

read all of the information contained

in this chapter and also in the

"IMPORTANT SAFETY

INSTRUCTIONS" section.

Installation parts

4 screws ³/₁₆" x 2 ³/₈" (5 x 60mm)

and

4 anchors ⁵/₁₆" x 2" (8 x 50mm)

For securing to the ceiling.

The screws and anchors are suitable

for use in concrete ceilings.

For other types of ceiling

construction, alternative fixings will

be required.

Make sure the ceiling is able to take

the weight of the appliance.

Drilling template

One of the cardboard inserts serves as

the drilling template.

4 mounting sets

For hanging the ventilation hood,

consisting of 4 cables, 4 ceiling

fasteners, and 4 caps.

The cables must not be used for

securing other components such as

a shelf.

3 cable clamps

For securing the power cord to one of

the mounting cables.

1 strain relief

For securing the power cord to one of

the ceiling fastener.
