General problems

Problem Possible cause and solution

The door will not open

whe

n knocked.

The Knock2open function has been disabled.

 Switch the door opening mechanism on again (see

"Settings menu - Knock2Open").

If the door will still not open or if there is a power fail‐

e, the door can still be opened with the door open‐

ing device supplied (see "Before using for the first

time - Emergency door opener").

The TimeControl func‐

tion

control is flashing

quickly.

The warning buzzer is

sounding.

Press OK to start or Con-

tinue with OK appears in

the display.

The dishwasher does

not start or the Flexi‐

Timer stops running.

The safe mode of the dishwasher was activated.

The following takes place:

– If you do not close the door within four seconds

of the last pr

ess of a sensor button at program

start

– If the door is open for longer than four seconds

during

a program or within the delay start time

 Confirm with OK and close the door within four

seconds.

The interior lighting

does not switch on

when the door is

opened.

The interior lighting has been switched off.

 Switch the lighting back on again (see "Settings

menu - BrilliantLight").

Detergent residue is left

in the dispenser at the

end

of a program.

The dispenser was still damp when detergent was

added.

 Mak

e sure the dispenser is dry before adding de‐

tergent.

The dispenser cover

cannot be closed.

Detergent residue is blocking the latch.

 Remo

ve the detergent residue.

The inside of the door

and/or the int

erior walls

are wet after a program

has finished.

This is caused by the drying system and does not in‐

dic

ate a fault. The moisture will dissipate after a

while.
