The symbols act as touch controls. To

select a function, touch the relevant

symbol. An audible tone sounds briefly

to confirm selection.

This control switches the lighting on

and off, and is also a dimmer switch.

The touch control lights up when the

grease filters need to be cleaned.

The touch control is used to reset the

operating hours counter every time the

grease filters are cleaned (see

"Cleaning and care").

It can also be used to check and alter

the operating hours counter.
