Anti-tipping mechanism
The anti-tipping mechanism a
ensures the housing unit b is securely
fixed to the wall and tipping of the
appliance is prevented.
,
Danger of tipping
The housing unit must be fixed to
the wall behind with several screws.
Only this can ensure that the
appliance will not tip over after
being installed.
Use two anti-tipping mechanisms for
each appliance or four for each
side-by-side combination of
appliances.
^
Position the anti-tipping mechanisms
a at the rear of the housing unit on
the left and right, leaving a gap to the
wall of no more than 10 mm.
^
While holding the anti-tipping
mechanisms in place, mark the
necessary drill holes at the top and
rear of the housing unit.
^ Put the anti-tipping mechanisms in a
safe place - they will be required
later.
Fixing screws for different uses and
types of material are supplied in the
accompanying pack.
If these are not suitable for the
anti-tipping mechanism in your
installation, you will need to secure it
by alternative means.
^
Secure the housing unit to the wall.
