Temperature
As a general rule, select the lower
temper
ature given in the chart.
Choosing a baking temperature higher
tha
n those r
ecommended may reduce
the cooking time, but will lead to
uneven browning, and unsatisfactory
cooking results.
Baking duration
Check if the food is cooked at the end
of the sho
rtest duration quoted. To
check if a cake is ready insert a
wooden skewer or toothpick into the
center, it should come out clean.
Shelf levels
The shelf level that you place the food
on for baking depends on the oven
mode

nd the number of trays being
used.
