Frothing milk in the milk frother (Cappuccinatore)

Fill the milk frother up to the lower mark with cold milk.

Turn the foam spout to the side to close off the frother.

Then turn the valve on the lid to the right to the "lots of froth"

position.

Turn the left control dial until you reach the required type of

coffee.

^ Press on the steam valve a to connect the valve to the milk

frother b.

The steam valve must engage in the lower position in order

to connect properly with the frother.

The milk will then be frothed up in the milk frother.

When you have sufficient froth turn the steam valve back

upwards again.

Hot water

When it is switched on, the machine will dispense hot water at

any time for tea or other drinks.

Place a suitable container (eg a tea cup) under the steam

spout.
