Notes on Delegated Regulation
(EU) No. 665/2013 and
666/2013
This vacuum cleaner is a general pur‐
pose vacuum cleaner.
The EcoTeQ / AirTeQ floorhead sup‐
plied is designed for intensive vacuum‐
ing of carpets as described in Delega‐
ted Regulation (EU) No. 665/2013 and
666/2013.
The hard floorbrush supplied is de‐
signed for intensive vacuuming of hard
floors with gaps and crevices as descri‐
bed in the above regulations.

The illustrations referred to in the text
are shown on the fold-out pages at
the end of these operating instruc‐
tions.
Preparing for use
Attach the suction hose (dia. 1)
Insert the hose connector into the
suction socket on the vacuum clea‐
ner until it clicks into position. To do
this, line up the guides on the two pi‐
eces.
To detach the suction hose (dia. 2)
Press the release buttons at the side
of the hose connector, and lift the ho‐
se from the socket.
Connect the suction hose to the han‐
dle (dia. 3)
Insert the suction hose into the han‐
dle until it clicks into position.
Connect the handle to the suction
tube (dia. 4)
Insert the handle into the suction tu‐
be until it clicks into position. To do
this, line up the guides on the two pi‐
eces.
To release the handle from the sucti‐
on tube, press the release button and
pull the handle out of the suction tu‐
be, twisting it slightly as you do so.
To adjust the telescopic tube (dia. 5)
One part of the telescopic tube is
packed inside the other and can be ad‐
justed to suit your height for comforta‐
ble vacuum cleaning.
Press the release button to release
the tubes and adjust to the required
height.
To attach the telescopic suction tube
to the standard floorhead / hard
floorbrush (dia. 6)
Push the telescopic suction tube into
the floorhead / hard floorbrush and
turn it clockwise or anti-clockwise
until it clicks into position.
To release the floorhead / floorbrush
from the suction tube, press the re‐
lease button.
Using the hard floorbrush
Please observe the flooring manu‐
facturer's cleaning and care instruc‐
tions.
This hard floorbrush is especially suita‐
ble for vacuuming floors with deep
gaps and crevices, e.g. old wooden
flooring.
